1. Schedule a Free Assessment | 30 Minutes

This is your chance to see the space, talk about what drives you, and set clear goals. We’ll map out a training plan that makes sense for you and ensures you’re set up for success. Wear comfortable clothes that allow for a full range of motion.

2. Book Your First One-on-One Training Session

Once we’ve got a plan, we’ll schedule your first official session.

  • 60 minutes for $60.00

Again, wear comfortable clothes, and be ready to move.

3. Your Training, Your Way

Every session is built around what we discussed in your assessment. You set the vibe, pick the music, the pace, and how you want to be coached. I’ll meet you exactly where you’re at and make sure you’re moving safely and effectively. Training isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress, consistency, and finding a routine that works for you.
